Returning Items

Should you find your purchase not suitable or changed your mind on the colour, you can return your item/s which Complete Kitchenware will provide a credit note for the use on our online or instore. We ask of the following requirements prior to returning an item/s:

  • Item/s are returned within 14 calendar days of purchase,
  • Item/s are unused and in original condition,
  • Item/s require original tags and labels attached,
  • Item/s in original packaging unless none provided,
  • Item/s are unused
  • Attach all manuals, accessories and other documentation as supplied by the manufacturer.

Any items not meeting the above requirement and missing parts or documentation from the returned product will be subject to a replacement charge and deducted from the total refund amount.

All returned items will incur a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted at the time of refund. Depending on the supplier, we may be required to charge restocking fees from 20% to 50%.

You will need to fill out the Online Returns Form to accompany the item. We will not accept any returns without the completed form. The customer will be required to return the goods at their own expense.

Items to be returned to Complete Kitchenware either by customer or sent via courier or post to the details below and at the customer’s expense. Items to be packaged in its complete original condition and accompanied by the Complete Kitchenware returns form. Please be advised, the onus of the items returning via customers booking through the postal or courier services lays upon the customer and will be liable for any damages or losses that may occur in transit.

Complete Kitchenware advises that upon receipt of the returned item/s, and inspection of the goods has been cleared and deemed returned as new, it me take a period of up to fourteen calendar days to provide the customer with the refund for “store” credit. Complete Kitchenware may take up to Seven (7) days to inspect the returned goods. Should the item not be returned satisfactorily, then fees relating to the products damage will be forwarded to the customer.

Important

Unless specified by law, Complete Kitchenware will not refund but will happily exchange within 7 days provided your proof of purchase is shown. Under Australian Consumer Law we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

The only time we will offer a full refund or replacement, is on confirmation by our suppliers and manufacturers that a major concern with the item/s requires a recall or return. Should the item/s be repaired under the supplier/manufacturers instructions, then no refund will be offered.
