Shipping Information

Delivery Process:

  • After confirmation of your order with Complete Kitchenware, the items are generally shipped from our suppliers’ warehouse or from our store in Leichhardt.
  • All deliveries are between Mon-Fri 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM & Sat 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, but occasionally can be outside of these times, due to unforeseen factors.
  • Unless prior arrangement has been made with staff of Complete Kitchenware, the delivery process will be direct ship to the specified address at the time of ordering.

Delivery Times:

  • The approximate delivery times are varied based on destination and possibly other factors. Metro areas, the delivery time is generally between 1-3 business days and for outside metropolitan areas, will vary based on distance and courier’s schedules.
  • We are unable to give specific delivery times due suppliers schedule, couriers run and possible unforeseen circumstances. There may be certain deliveries that will need to be rescheduled to the most next suitable time for all parties due to these unforeseen events.

Standard Delivery:

  • Complete Kitchenware offers standard delivery as the default shipping option. On heavier equipment, this is generally a kerbside drop off, the client will be responsible to manoeuvre the equipment into place of delivery and into position.
  • Standard deliveries are delivered to the kerb only of the delivery address supplied.
  • Strictly no times will be specified.

Premium Delivery Options:

  • Other delivery options can be made available to the client. These options possibly include; delivery into store, item/s are brought into the premises, packaging removal, removal of old units, delivery to levels above ground floor with lift or stairs(where available) or express delivery for urgent orders.
  • The options, availability and any associated costs may vary. Customers are required to contact Complete Kitchenware for further information and availability for your specialised freight options.

 Delivery Option Requests:

  • Unless prior discussion and quotations have been approved, to request a Premium delivery option than standard, customers are required to contact Complete Kitchenware directly to confirm the upgrade, this will incur additional charges.
  • One of our staff at Complete Kitchenware will provide you with details on available options and guide you through the process for selecting the desired delivery method, which will incur additional costs unless prior arrangements have been made and authorised with the staff of Complete Kitchenware.

Important Information:

  • It is the responsibility of our customers to provide accurate and complete delivery details including name, business name, address, and phone number to delivery site and/or representative on site, during the order placement to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Delivery times may vary subject to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, transportation delays and other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers should inspect the delivered items upon receipt and report any damages or issues to Complete Kitchenware immediately.
  • Missed delivery or redelivery. Should a redirection be required after the point of obtaining tracking details, Complete Kitchenware may contact the courier to alter the delivery details unless customer makes changes direct with courier company. Charges may apply to redirection or missed delivery due to customer not making available time to accept delivery.

FAQs Regarding Delivery:

Only unless prior arrangements are made and contact with Complete Kitchenware has been made to change from our standard booking option to a Premium courier service.

Complete Kitchenware may provide a tracking number through an order update, or also where possible via email and courier dependant if they provide tracking details. Third party tracking via our courier services will be offered once customer obtains tracking details for the order. You can inquire about tracking options when placing your order or contact Complete Kitchenware team for more information.

If availability at the time of delivery is not an option, the courier service may leave a missed delivery notification or attempt redelivery at another time or day. This will incur additional costs. It is possible that some carriers may provide options to reschedule or redirect the delivery. We recommend checking the carrier’s policies or contact Complete Kitchenware for assistance in these situations.

Changes may be possible, dependant on courier service options and if a change is required prior to courier booking. Should a redirection be required after the point of obtaining tracking details, Complete Kitchenware may contact the courier to alter the delivery details when and where possible unless customer makes contact direct with courier company. Charges may apply to redirection or missed delivery due to customer not making available to time to accept  delivery. They will assist you based on our policies and the stage of the shipping process.

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, it is important to notify Complete Kitchenware as soon as possible. We would also recommend inspection before signing for the delivery prior to acceptance and having the order go back to the supplier should damage be evident. The team at Complete Kitchenware will guide you through the necessary steps should you require assistance or request a replacement if this is possible. Should you or your representative accept the item and find post-delivery the item is damaged upon removing packaging, you will be required to immediately provide photographic evidence of the damage, including the packaging and the label listing the connote number, which may be required, so it is advisable to document any visible issues upon receipt. Please contact Complete Kitchenware immediately and we will assist further with the matter.

Complete Kitchenware uses third party installers should you require installation of any of our commercial (only) products. Should you require assistance with assembly services, please make your inquiry with Complete Kitchenware before placing your order to confirm availability and any associated costs.

Complete Kitchenware may provide a pickup option for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly from our premises located in Leichhardt NSW 2040. Contact Complete Kitchenware to inquire about the availability of pickup services and the specific pickup location and times.
